Windows 10: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR 124 BOOT Error smss.exe

I am experiencing frequent, random crashing to black screen, both during intensive GPU applications gaming, or just when browsing the internet.An analysis of the Windows crash .dmp file is included below note: there are no mini dump files available.Things I've already tried:Clean reinstall Windows 11Uninstall graphics drivers using AMD Cleanup Utiltiy in safe mode and reinstall latest driversInstalled latest Windows updatesUpdated latest motherboard BIOSTested RAM with MemTest and TestMem 5 Anta777 Absolut no errorsRan Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool passedRan cmd

Code:

"BUS OBS Error": Observing error. Usually caused by hardware components, Mainboard or chipset drivers.

• When do you the error message?
  
• Which build version and edition of Windows are you using? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?
  

As per the dump file shared by you, the error seems to be with the Cache of the Intel processor. I suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article

WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124) BSOD

What model CPU and make and model number of Motherboard.
Sounds like a CPU error.
Is it on the compatibility list?
