Windows 10: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR 124 issues, please help.

Attached is the minidump, been battling this for a bit. would love to know what the root cause is.WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR 124A fatal hardware error has occurred. I appreciate your effort on this. However, In order to help you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps, we will need the following details:

• When do you the error message?
  
• Which build version and edition of Windows are you using? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?
  

As per the dump file shared by you, the error seems to be with the Cache of the Intel processor. I suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article

Code:

"BUS OBS Error": Observing error. Usually caused by hardware components, Mainboard or chipset drivers.

 

WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124) BSOD

Xeon's aren't typically listed on a vendor's "officially supported CPUs" list, however, they will still work in alot of boards. It's a very 'do at your own risk' sort of deal. I have a Xeon X3440 running in an Asus p7p55d pro, but it's not listed on their supported list, but still runs well and I haven't seen any issues.

It's likely that if you're overclocking, temps might be an issue, or as @brandonwh64 said above, you just don't have enough voltage for your OC, and you'll need more vcore on your CPU.
