    WHEA_Uncorrectable_Error at random points?


    I'm currently running Windows 10 with an Intel i9-12900k, a Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 ti, and 32 GB of RAM. At random points in the day the computer will get a WHEA_Uncorrectable_Error. So far I have deduced that it does not matter whether the PC is under stress or idle it has happened while i've been sleeping before! and that it won't usually happen until the PC has been running for at least 24 hours.When this error occurs, it will boot straight to the BIOS and then usually will not allow me to boot back to Windows sometimes it will let me. In order to get around this I have to turn the PC

    How do I explain what steps I took... I ran dm_log_collector.exe but not sure how results were actually acquired/interpreted.

    I need to be able to explain steps I took and steps taken to reproduce.

    I'll leave it to the experts to chime in.

    According to axe0 in this post, it was at least part of the problem:

    I also probably had outdated drivers exacerbating the situation... but again, axo0, zbook, or philc43 would need to add their account of what they saw from the zips.
