  1. WHEA_Uncorrectable_error BSOD, possibly related to memory?

Hello, I have recently purchased an ASUS Proart p16, Model: H7606WV-P16.R3704060, and have been getting BSOD with the above mentioned BSOD. Usually it happens when turning the laptop on from sleep, but also happens randomly. I haven't changed anything with the hardware, and am wondering if there is a way to fix this. Thank you very much in advance.Minidump: WHEA minidump.zipEvent viewer: https://drive.google.com/file/d/14l-87QPPVDtEB5udOwrJgpGriIg9S9cs/view?usp=sharing

    BSOD WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

    Hi Jotunheim,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

We appreciate your efforts in troubleshooting the issue and providing us the detailed information about the issue.

    1. When do you the error message?

    2. What is the make and model of the computer?

WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR bug check has a value of 0x00000124. This bug check indicates that a fatal hardware error has occurred.
This bug check is typically related to physical hardware failures. It can be heat related, defective hardware, memory or even a processor that is beginning to fail or has failed. If over-clocking has been enabled, try disabling it. Confirm
that any cooling systems such as fans are functional. Run system diagnostics to confirm that the system memory is not defective. It is less likely, but possible that a driver is causing the hardware to fail with this bug check.

As per the dump files shared by you, the error seems to be with the Intel processor. I suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article

BSOD WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR; cannot get memory dump

TLDR: Cannot get dump files on BSOD, stuck at 0%, trying to get information on BSOD WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR - - - - - - - - - - Hi all, I have a 2016 custom-build PC with nothing fancy (no overclocking, etc). Every 2-3 years one of the windows updates leads to repeated BSOD that indicate some hardware/firmware issue, but then after the next update it's fine for a another 2-3 years. In the latest BSOD-cycle earlier this year, I couldn't get out of it, and several things I attempted failed. So I decided to do a fresh windows 10 install - wiped the primary SSD and did a fresh install. Upgraded to 21H2. After a day or two, BSOD started again with WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. I understand a likely culprit is a hardware piece or firmware/drivers related to it. I did a windows memory test overnight (no issues) and a chkdisk on the main ssd (which said it found some issues and corrected them), but the errors are still here. I'd like to get more information from the memory dump. My current issue: the BSOD is stuck at 0%, and I cannot get a dump file. I have tons of space (several hundred Gb) available on the SSD. Any suggestions on where to go from here? Thank you all in advance! OS Version: Win 10 Enterprise 21H2 Build 19044.1706 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - EDITS Hardware: CPU: Intel i7 6700k Board: Gigabyte Z170X-Gaming 7 Ram: 64 Gb DDR4-3200 G.skill GPU: Gigabyte NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 SSD: Samsung 950 PRO Series - 512GB PCIe NVMe - M.2 Internal SSD (MZ-V5P512BW)

WHEA_Uncorrectable_error BSOD, possibly related to memory?

    BSOD "Memory Management" Stop 0x0000001A

    Thanks Rohit,

The method of deleting temp-files brings me into the windows explorer program, showing the list. But when attempting to delete the list after "Ctrl-A" the BSOD is there.

    No disk-related actions are possible.

    The memory modules are OK.

    Please help!
