Windows 10: WHEA_Uncorrectable_Error // hal.dll AND rt64.sys

Hi all,


I've tried a lot of solutions on my own / researched in order to fix this problem and I can't seem to figure it out.


The error occurs often when I am streaming games or using zoom. I can't explain what the catalyst is for the issue but it will occur anywhere between 3 minutes and 2 hours once I start one of these tasks. I use the WhoCrashed app and after every BSOD I analyze. Most often I get

"This was probably caused by the following module: hal.dll hal+0x48188"

but occasionally I'll get a different message saying:

"This was probably caused by the following module: rt64.sys rt640x64+0x4ECF"


Here's hoping I can get some assistance so I can finally put to rest this annoying error.

Bad ram was the problem.

Sorry for my noobness but I didnt really understand completely what HAL is ,but
to cut to the chase, is it a harware or sofware problem I am having?

What I understood is that HAL helps my computer comunicate with the other components.

 

DLL Missing

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.
