Windows 10: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR Ryzen 9 5900x

Hello all! Before I decide to ship out my cpu for RMA, I was wondering if anyone could come to a fix for this issue I’ve been having since I received the cpu. So when core performance boost is on as well as precision boost overdrive my computer will boot up fine, until i start playing games and streaming at the same time, sometimes it will crash practically right away other times it will last maybe an hour or so before it first crash. The only thing that seems to stop this from happening is by disability CPB as well as PBO, but then my cpu never goes above its base clock speed, even if I turn

Whea_Uncorrectable_Error...

Motherboard - Asus PRIME B550M-A AC
CPU - Ryzen 9 5900X (just recently installed, and what started the issue)
GPU - AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT OC Edition
RAM - Crucial Ballistix 3200 MHz DDR4 DRAM 8gb (4 of them)

So I basically installed it following some steps of videos, and first boot up, i got a message about changing data/structure of storage space for firmware tpm, then pressed Y and it ran fine. 30 mins to an hour of gaming, blue screen, stopcode: Whea_uncorrectable_error. I've got no clue, I've tried a couple command prompts from videos like "sfc /scannow" and its still does it.

 

Ryzen 9 5900x Running Hotter After Installing Windows 11

My ryzen 9 5900x started to run way hotter after installing Windows 11. My idle tempratures has rissen 20c-25c. While surfing on the internet my tempratures are between 55c-60c and slightest of tasks like oppening a pdf file makes my fans go wild and my tempratures around 75c. I have tried updating the chipset drivers to to no avail. By the way I am using an aio cooler. I have tried to change the maximum and minimum processor state from %100 to %99 from windows power management and this dropped my tempratures to around 40C. Is there anything else that can I do? Wouldn't changing processor state have impacts on the performance?
