Windows 10: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR when computer is under heavy load

Hi, I bought a new pc a week ago, and everything seemed to be working fine until I started to play games that require heavy amounts of work to run. I tried disabling MPO, updating the BIOS, doing a clean install of windows and all drivers, but the crashes keep hapenning after 5-15 minutes of playing. Hard crashes with ANY heavy load

Out of the blue, my computer has been crashing upon heavy loads. For example, playing a game. I can load into the menu fine, but when it finishes loading the game, either the game will crash or my computer will black screen and restart. Specs and what I have tried already are as follows:

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
  
• RAM: 32GB Corsair DDR4-3200MHz
  
• MOBO: ASUS X470 Prime Pro
  
• GPU: ZOTAC GTX-1070
  
• PSU: Corsair CX450
  

What I have tried:

• Updated drivers for CPU, GPU and MOBO BIOS updated
  
• reinstall GPU drivers via NVIDIA software utilities
  
• unplugged and reconnected all PSU connections, reseated GPU
  

I'm out of ideas. Any suggestions you have to fix my issues are greatly appreciated.

 

Computer crashes under heavy graphics load

I use openhardwaremonitor
With it you can set what you want to see on the taskbar and on the gadget. It also record the max and min values.










If the fans begin to spin loud, the temperatures can be reaching high temps.

Did you run disk check (chkdsk c: /f), System file check (SFC /scannow) and a memory test?

• When do you the error message?
  
• Which build version and edition of Windows are you using? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?
  

As per the dump file shared by you, the error seems to be with the Cache of the Intel processor. I suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article
