Windows 10: Whea_uncorrectable_error

Hello,

I have a new laptop that is currently up to date with the latest windows updateversion 2004 and is only about a week or two old; however, every so often it gives me a whea_uncorrectable_error including ironically when I typed this the first time. I have even tried downloading drivers specifically for my computer from its manufacturer, but that didn't seem to help. As well, despite me having settings for it whenever it crashes it doesnt appear to make a minidump for it so I can't even know what is causing it. There seems to be some correlation with youtube but I cant be sure as it crashes at other times as well.

Please help me fix this problem especially since based on some other threads I dont seem to be only one facing a similar problem

I would like to inform that the WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR bug check has a value of 0x00000124. This bug check indicates that a fatal hardware error has occurred. This bug check uses the error data that is provided by the Windows Hardware Error Architecture
(WHEA).

I appreciate your effort on this. However, In order to help you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps, we will need the following details:

• When do you the error message?
  
• Which build version and edition of Windows are you using? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?
  

As per the dump file shared by you, the error seems to be with the Cache of the Intel processor. I suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article
