Windows 10: whea_uncorrectable_error

I believe one part of my computer parts is dying as I'm getting more and more whea_uncorrectable_error when gaming or watching videos (YouTube, Twitch and etc.), but I don't know which one.

Issues encountered:
- BSOD (dozen of times)
- Computer turns off suddenly x2 (PSU 600w had an issue with the fan dying and getting really hot, but replaced fan)
- Blank screen after windows logo (every time my computer randomly shut off - not BSOD)
- Weird blue and red pixels with freeze (symmetrical pattern) before crash while playing CSGO

What I've tested so far:
- Hard drive (tested on multiple drives that I know are functional and still get BSOD)
- Ram (did Windows Memory Diag. and had no errors, also tried each stick individually and in different DIMs)
- Tried another downgrading video driver and operating system without success
- Thermal issues, everything seems to be within normal ranges (under load - CPU: 60 - GPU 70 )
- Prime 95 and furmark (crashes on both after a few hours)
- This command: sfc/scannow (to no avail)
- No overclocking on both GPU and CPU

Any help would be very appreciated as I would like to know what part I need to replace rather than replacing everything.

So, Windows detected an error while executing an instruction from the L1 Cache of the processor.

Since, you have already said that the system is crashing on Prime95, I would suggest you to replace the processor. In case the processor is under warranty, get a replacement and if you have to purchase a new one, purchase one from a shop which allows refunds.

Also, I would suggest you to report back accurate temperatures while the system is idle and under load (Prime 95) using the free tool CoreTemp.

Alright, thanks for the answer. I've just updated my motherboard BIOS and realized that one of the updates adds "Vishera CPU support", so hopefully this will help. Also, for the temperatures, the CPU hits a max of 69 degrees when running prime95. So I doubt the issue is related to heat.

 

If the BIOS update does not work, it is your CPU.
