Windows 10: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

Hello, My PC get the BSOD with the error code of: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. This happens when gaming, the game freezes then PC crashes I have tried updating both windows and the GPU drivers, as well as uninstalling windows updates. At this point I am very lost and require help.

• When do you the error message?
  
• Which build version and edition of Windows are you using? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?
