    1- Believe it or not This is Windows 10 v2004 not Windows Vista !!!
    2- Also Believe it or not I'm enabling Dark Mode in everything in Windows 10 in this screenshot.. and this is what I get!!! Not to mention Control Panel, System Properties and a lot more!!

    Can we PLEASE get a proper dark mode for EVERYTHING in Windows ??
    And can we actually have a Windows 10 Theme Style/Fluent Design in all of these things?!!

    I can't believe I'm asking about things that should have been made automatically years ago!

    fluent design system on 950xl

    as a big fan and Microsoft user . I was just asking about windows fluent design system, can I upgrade my Microsoft lumia 950xl windows 10 to the fluent design system.. if there is ability for that how can I upgrade my system to fluent design
