Where do I go... in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I am trying to set up my laptop after wiping the hard drive and reinstalling windows.     When asked during setup, it asks for my phone number but will not accept it. Where do I go...


    I am trying to set up my laptop after wiping the hard drive and reinstalling windows. I am not able to get past the phone number setup of the laptop. It keeps telling me the phone number is invalid. I've tried several different numbers and I get the same response each time. I've even tried using a different country code! **** do I do now?

    No need to verify. My number is more important than mails i receive. Canada dont allow service providers to sell phone numbers list anyway.

    OK but if you cant email or contact through web page how on earth can you do it, I have tried phoning but only get Mr Robot giving a list of numbers to choose from I think the best way is as Berton suggests.
