can't sign in with PIN

I open my computer and enter Pin code but it says "This sign-in option is disabled because of failed sign-in attempts or repeated shutdowns". I fold down the computer screen and leave it for 2 hours but after that it still say can't sign in, is it a lie?

 

Can't create pin for login. Pin stopped working

To resolve your concern about creating pin to your computer, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Navigate to C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC (click to get permission when prompted).
• Delete the contents of that folder (delete everything in that folder, but leave that folder and everything above it).
• Go back to settings, accounts, sign in options.
• Your non-working pin will now be gone, and you can just click 'add a pin' and set it again.

PIN disable

Yesterday I have faced the issue This sign-in option is disabled because of failed sign-in attempts or repeated shutdowns. Use a different sign-in option, or keep your device powered on for at least 2 hours and then try again" I did not know my password but PIN I also know and fingerprint but when other sign in try then again asked the Pin then I give PIN then disable show I leave for 2 hours my laptop on but I leave for 2 hours my laptop on but same issue so tell that if my laptop screen off after 30 second can is on power on mode... and if I try fingerprint then also asked my pin when I pin enter then same disabled and also remember my microsoft account but not show forget pin so tell me what I can do .....because my final year project in my laptop
