    I have been search the internet all day trying to find a way to block adult contents on my laptop. I've seen a lot of suggestion, but none of them allow me to do that for myself. Can you help me with block them for myself , because I am becoming addicted to it.

    There are many ways to do it and depends on what website or search engine are you using.

    Sometimes you may setup a DNS record in your router or PC to block them.

    In case you are using the Bing as your search engine you may use SafeSearch feature, take a look at Block adult content with SafeSearch (microsoft.com).
