Windows 10: When can I expect the Windows Pro 11 upgrade from 10 to be installed on my PC?

HI - I have been checking the hardware requirements for the Windows Pro 11 upgrade from 10. When I go to the Get Windows 11 screen after the requirements check was done, I am just taken to a page that again checks for compatibility and then to shop for new pcs. Even though the reports all say that my pc qualifies, when I go into the Windows specs in my settings, the info is as follows: Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2, installed on 12/29/2020 and os build 19045.6036. So, I'm wondering when can I expect the upgrade to 11 as I am currently deciding on future pc upgrades. thanks

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?

Windows 11 Pro Upgrade from Windows 10 Pro Edition

No but after it installed the malfunctioning Windows 11 upgrade it was listed as Windows 11 Pro. Microsoft Windows support advised I reinstall Windows 10 Pro and said that Windows 11 is really only meant for new PC's that come with it preinstalled. MSI website doesn't list my 2020 GT76 Titan dt-039 notebook on their Windows 11 upgrade eligibility list so I guess that's why the Windows 11 Pro upgrade failed. I suggest being careful with trying the Windows 11 upgrade despite it stating my notebook was capable of running Windows 11 it was wrong. Luckily I have the original Windows 10 Pro USB Flash drive because the Windows 11 Pro upgrade was so incomplete I had no way of reverting notebook back to Windows 10 without reinstalling from a USB Flash.
