Windows 10: When changing email to Inbox from Spam email is automatically deleted

How do I stop the deletion of emails when moving it from "Spam" to "Inbox" and setting that sender to "Never Block Sender" ?There are also other emails automatically "deleted" for which I did not delete even though "Auto-archive Settings" is not enabled.Why does this occur and how do I remove the potential for it to occur again?

Outlook 2016 Spam Email

I accidentally marked an email as spam and it got moved into my spam folder. I have tried moving it back into my inbox but when Outlook syncs, the mail moves back to my spam folder. I have tried creating a rule to move it back into my inbox, added the email address into my safe senders list and also tried rebuilding my outlook profile but I still get the same result. Any ideas as to how this can be fixed?

 

When email is sent, but not received? What's the reason?

its probably been picked up as spam or a potentially harmful email by google filters and automatically deleted by their filter.

if not then i would suggest its a network problem, Sometimes there are some serious delays when sending an email.
