    When Changing to Bluetooth Speaker/Headphones Audio Stops


    When I have a program that has audio open and decide to switch to a bluetooth speaker or headphones the device is recognized and it switches over but when I look at the volume mixer the program does not move to the new device. I have tried it with a desktop and laptop with windows 10. As well as a bluetooth speaker and bluetooth headphones. The current solution is to close and reopen the program. Is there a way to force it to move over? Is this intended for some reason? Thanks.

    Hi again Ma,

    Sorry to keep changing the problem, but the situation really does keep changing......very frustrating

    So, since I reset my PC, the audio jack was working, then I couldn't find bluetooth.

    A few days later, Bluetooth came back.

    Today, audio jack stopped working T____T. I restarted the laptop, but no change.

    Normally when I plug in my headphones, an option comes up to allow me to choose which audio to use, e.g. Wifi headphones, Speaker etc. Now this option doesn't come up, and the problem is as in the first post I made. Really strange.

    Lumia 920 and Nokia BH-501 Bluetooth headphones

    Can anybody tell me how to change the audio so it comes through the headphones and not the speaker, the Bluetooth phones seems to be recognized but there is no audio through the phones at all.
