Windows 10: When commenting on Youtube/sites emojis double. Someone else asked this and didn't see a...

Hi I pretty much put in subjsect line - when I comment on Youtube it doubles emojis, not sure about other site I think yes.There was a man neamed Ahmed, same question and no real resolution,, no I don't want to have support connect with my laptop thanks! It's on Miicrosurface Word 10. If that matters!Thank you very much!

I mean that i don't see emojis. in yt when ppl type comments with emojis i don't see the emojis just a box.

A youtuber made Q & A vedio and when he read a comment there was a joy emoji in the comment when i checked the comment in the last vedio i saw the emoji a box. the youtuber was from browser.

Unable to reply to comments at YouTube.

When I try to reply to comments at YouTube, in Chrome I get an error message about not being able to post the comment, and in IE I don't even get an error message; nothing happens.

Obviously I tried the "try another browser" step, so what's the second step in troubleshooting this issue?
