    When completely idle BSOD - APC_INDEX_MISMATCH, PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA


    The problemAs title mentions, I'm getting APC_INDEX_MISMATCH, PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL bsods most of the time while being completely idle meaning I'm not even watching a youtube, twitch video since this never ever happens while being at least a little active or while on gaming load. I've been trying to troubleshoot this for over a month and no luck. I've had other bluescreens such as DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and KERNEL_LOCK_ENTRY_LEAKED_ON_THREAD_TERMINATION but those only happened once, the titled one happens 95% of the time. The crashes are completely rando

    BSOD APC_INDEX_MISMATCH ntoskrnl.exe+142940

    I had a BSOD. Bug Check String APC_INDEX_MISMATCH , cause by driver ntoskrnl.exe caused by address ntoskrnl.exe+142940. Adive on the fix for this. XPS 15 9950 RUNNING Windows 10 Pro.

    BSOD: APC_INDEX_MISMATCH igdkmd64.sys

    I've tried completely uninstalling the video driver from Intel. Rebooting and installing the latest driver. But right after trying to visit Netflix in Edge it happened again (BSOD: APC_INDEX_MISMATCH igdkmd64.sys)

    It only happens when I launch Netflix in Edge (but not always). It must be related somehow and I would like it fixed; it's going to damage my system in the long run.

    BSOD APC_INDEX_MISMATCH on Windows 10 Home 64-bit

    Hi,

    This error usually appears when a new hardware was installed on the computer. It could be a USB device that is newly connected to your PC. It's recommended to install the device's latest or updated drivers.

    To update the driver manually, follow these steps:

    • Right-click the Windows key and click Device Manager.
    • Locate and expand the category where the new device belong.
    • Right-click the device’s name from the list and click Update Driver Software.
