Windows 10: when ever i send an e.mail i get it returned

Whenever I send an e.mail I get it returned with delivery has failed to these recipients or groups , and then I send some e.mails that say they are sent and the recipients are not receiving them, also I have had notification the MSN are closing all old versions of there mailboxes tomorrow 21/8/2019 sent by *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, and *** Email address is removed for privacy *** can somebody confirm 9if this is really the case

Mail not sending!

Mailbird is now telling me that I can only have one account so I will be dumping that one. In addition, while it was (yesterday) set as the default mail client it was actually W-Mail being used!

I found my e-account details/settings and the numbers were as listed on the TalkTalk/Tiscali site!
Surprising as the only difficulty is sending mails - incoming is not an issue...

The error message I keep receiving in the 'non-delivery' mail is the '550' variety...
Activating the link you sent I see that:

550 - usually defines a non-existent email address on the remote side.
Though it can be returned also by the recipient’s firewall (or when the incoming server is down), the great majority of errors 550 simply tell that the recipient email address doesn’t exist. You should contact the recipient otherwise and get the right address.

The mails were 'sent' to addresses I have had contact with for many years - double and triple checked to confirm they are correct and according to those I spoke to by land-line confirm their mail systems were/are fully functional and sent me 'test' mails instantly.

As said, prior to this new PC I was using pop mail; the new PC set up with idap...

You suggested 'Web Mail' ~~~ what is that?
I know, another dumb question...

Outlook 2016 not sending e-mail


The error messages produced when I tried to send e-mail pointed me into the wrong direction. I also wish my website host had sent out e-mails telling me they are having problems. I would go and apologize to my ISP for blaming them but I hate waiting an hour or more to talk to a tech.

My e-mail is working now, thanks for the replies and I will mark this thread as closed.

 

sending a powerpoint on e-mail

Why does my e-mail not send an attachment that is a powerpoint presentation? I put it on desktop, then clicked on "send to" and typed in the recipient's address. But when I clicked on "send" it disappeared. It is not listed in the "sent" file. How do
I send it?
