Windows 10: When ever i start doing somthing other than idel on my laptop , my second monitor sometimes...

this issue keeps happenning to me across 4 diffrunt gaming laptops , and 2 diffrent monitors , i tried uninstalling the graphics drivers , i tried many diffrent cabels , nothing works , it happens mostly when i am mid game, i am using a acer predetor helios 16 with an RTX 4080 , and a QHD 165hz monitor.

Windows 10 does not recognise second monitor

using laptop as second monitor?

looking for either a mouse/keyboard share program or some way to use my laptop as a second monitor when i am at home. The laptop is windows 8 the desktop windows 7. i tried to download a program called Synergy but it led me to some weird 3rd party download host where they want you to download their installer, or their toolbar etc etc decided to not got that route. any other suggestions?
