    When ever i try to download something it says ``allow this app to make changes to ur...


    When ever i try to download something it says ''do u want to allow this app to make changes to your device`` but the only option is to press no how do i fix that. also when i try to press change user account control settings it says the same thing will doing a factory reset help?
