    When i add a blu ray disk the computer reads there is no disk if anyone can fix my problem...


    ive tried to use a software anydvd and still nothing what shows up is [Insert a disk Please insert disk into drive D:.]

    playing blu-ray disks on my computer

    I have a blu-ray disk but i cant figure out how to play the blu-ray movie disks. Windows media player and MS Movies and TV dont play them.

    I uninstalled the drive from device manager, let win7 reinstall it.

    Checked that it did not fix the issue, so checked on the drives properties

    and found this;

    I tried to search the internet but found nothing related to my issue.
