Windows 10: When I am moving any window on the screen with the mouse it moves really slow.

The strange slow/fast movement doesn't seem to be caused by an application that eats lots of ram/gpu memory or has anything to do with the performance of my pc.It doesn't affect my pc's performance or anything I do but I would just like to know why it's happening and hopefully fix the problem.Note: I had to completely reinstall windows for various reasons and I remember it was still happening on my old windows.VideoSpecs:CPU Ryzen 7 3700XGPU Radeon RX 5700 XTMemory TEAMGROUP Elite 32gb 3200MHz 2 sticks 16gb eachPSU Corsair RM750xMonitor Acer XF250Q

Mouse moves to a spot on the screen and moves around crazy like

So this morning my mouse keeps moving to a place on the screen and then moves around all crazy like and then it shows a little pond]]] like graphic it just did it again just now and the ]]] things appeared when I was typing just now. I use Norton security. I suppose I should run a program like well ? any suggestions on another type of virus program ? SO it just did it again this time it moved to the same spot and moving up and down about 2" about 20 times and then stopped.

So i went to restore my drive c with macrium and the mouse did the same thing. And before I last rebooted in windows the mouse moved up and down and it was causing windows bell to ring. im wonder if this is a hardware issue. I suppose i should unplug all my drives and see if its hardware.

 

Microsoft arc mouse moves erratically

Hello,

I'm using a Dell - windows 10 64 bit OS. The arc mouse moves erratically all over the screen as I try to move the mouse.

I've tried the following:

• windows update - latest
• uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled from the microsoft download center.

Any ideas are gladly welcome!

Entire internet screen moves when move mouse

I have a Dell Inspiron laptop (running Windows 10) that I am using with a Microsoft keyboard and mouse. I have tried all browsers and the same result is met. All have been working find until recently. I have switched out the keyboard and mouse and the problem
continues. When you move the mouse the entire internet screen moves up and down. The only way to stop this is to left click the mouse somewhere on the internet screen and it stops. As soon as you left click again the entire screen moves again. I have looked
at the mouse and keyboard settings and all look fine.

Any recommendations?
