Windows 10: When I am trying to change my windows 11 from home to pro version I am getting this error...

So i decided to update my home version of windows 11 to pro. But when I enter my windows 11 pro key to update windows I get this message. It says that I need to make shure that my internet connection is ok. I checked my internet connection and it works. But I still always get this same error message. Can you please help me solve this issue?

Yes, I have run all of the troubleshooting ideas but none of them changed anything.

I downloaded a new version of the Media Creation Tool. These were the steps it showed on the screen after running the ISO:

1. Getting updates
   
2. Making sure you're ready to install
   
3. Ready to install
   

Within 10 seconds of clicking "install", I get the error message: "Windows 11 installation has failed". I don't know where to find a log that will give more information. What else can I try?

When checking on something else, within Control Panel I looked at "System Information" and I saw hat it shows "Windows 11 Pro version 21H2". My udpate is trying to install version 22H2. Is that a problem?

Upgrade from what version? What were the steps you did? Is the Win 10 pro key a retail or OEM key?

List the EXACT "blah, blah" you mention, here please... for ALL installation cases!

(Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)
