When I am trying to install oracle forms and reports 6i on windows 11 the installer is closing abnormally. Run as administrator option could not solved the issue. Please help.

i was trying to install oracle forms and reports 6i on windows 10 64-bit operating system. During the installation there is a error msg like "A PERMISSION DENIED ERROR while trying to copy E:\oracle 6i\ path to "c:\windows\system32\MSVCRT40.DLL".would you
like to retry the operation, ignore the error, or allow the error to be processed by the installer".

To understand the issue better, I would like to know which oracle version are you trying to install?

Try installing using Windows 7 and 8 compatibility and check if it helps.

If the issue still persist, I would suggest to contact oracle software distributer and check.
