When I am trying to use the play station plus app on my PC it doesn't register my ps5 or 4 controller they are marked as Xbox 360 controllers and games where I need the touch pad I can't use it.

thanks for response. I tried your steps with a Google DNS and Open DNS - but it doesn´t help.

The game still crashes in the moment I try to run it.

I'll be glad for another solutions.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

PS5 Controller won't connect to PC through Bluetooth or wired connection

I bought a PS5 on launch day, and have been using the controller both on the PS5 and my computer since then, and it has worked perfectly wired until recently, when the port got loose and the connection was no longer stable. This wasn't a major issue, I just switched it to Bluetooth and kept going, however, I changed the connection from my PC to my PS5 for the first time since switching to Bluetooth, and when I tried to change it back I started having issues.

In windows settings, it lists my controller as 'paired,' however I cannot fully connect the controller to play games, and when I try removing it it gives the message "remove failed." I have tried removing it while I have it plugged in, and have gone into device management, but it is not listed there. When I try to set my PS5 controller and PC to Bluetooth discovery, my PC does not pick up my controller as something it can reconnect to.

My PC doesn't have native Bluetooth, so I use a dongle from the company Insignia with model number 'BCM20702A0' which has also worked before this, but is now giving me a 'driver is unavailable' message, despite installing the proper driver for it and using it for months. When I use the driver update process, either automatic or manual, my computer gives me the message that the best drivers are already installed. I have also used devmgmt to disconnect and reconnect this as well.

I have been unable to play any of my normal controller games on PC for over two weeks now, and have tried anything I could find online, any advice would be extremely appreciated.
