    Asus laptop boots up fine.When I logging in a totally blank screen comes up.I have no idea how to get the laptop started.I have restarted 3 times no better. Powered off and restarted no better.Thanks in advance for any help provided.Bill Guinan

    Black Screen after Log on


    Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

    So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?

    Artifacts at log in screen!

    I just got a screen full of artifacts at the log in screen during boot. Since the GPU is downclocked during this time(at least i think it is) could i potentially have a dead card??
