Windows 10: when I click any archive file old or newly created the system closes any opened folder

Dear Team i need a solution for the attached GIF image. the problem is when I click any archive file old or newly created the system closes any opened folder. I tried to solve it and uninstall Winrar but was in vain same issue appeared.that something boring during working time Could someone guide me on how to solve it? thank you

Corrupted file RAR

If the archive has been created using WinRAR, why don't you try WinRAR itself? It has a built-in repair feature for repairing corrupted archive (ZIP as well as RAR). Follow the steps given below:

• Open WinRAR application in your system.
• Now click on File tab > Open or simply press Ctrl+O.
• A small window "Find Archive" will pop up. Locate the corrupt RAR archive from your system directory and select it.
• Now click Open button.
• Click Tools tab > Repair archive or simply press Alt+R.
• Again a small window "Repairing File name.rar" will pop up.
• Now click Browse to select a location to save the repaired archive.
• Check the box "Treat the corrupt archive as RAR" and click OK.
• WinRAR will start repairing of corrupt RAR archive. Once it gets completed click Close.

I hope the above steps will help you repair the corrupted RAR archive.

Windows Mail Archive folder problem

I would like to know is your mail application connected to your Outlook?



If yes, kindly follow the steps below:

• On your system, go to File
  
• Under File, go to Open & Export and click on the Open Outlook Data File
  

• After this, you can see the Open Outlook Data File dialog box.
  
• Now, select the .pst file that you want to import and then click on the OK.
  
• Now, go to the main view
  
• You can see the folders form the archived .pst file in the sidebar panel
  
• Select the folder that has the archived data items
  

• Then look for the data you want to move
  
• Select and drag those items to the original folders in the folder list
  

In case if you want to move the data items to a new folder, then create a new folder in the folder list before dragging the items.

Windows 10 - Can't access the Internet or create User Accounts, getting the error message "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in".

Thank you for replying.



To transfer the files to the new created account, I suggest you to disable built-in administrator account, login into the newly created account and follow the steps below.

• Press Windows logo + E keys on the keyboard to open
  File explorer.
• Select This PC from the left side panel of the window and open
  users folder located in the C: drive.
• Locate and open old user profile folder in the users folder and transfer all the required files on to the newly created user profile folder.
• Close the window and check if the files & folders are transferred to the current user profile.
