Windows 10: When I click "log in" in the lockscreen it just returns to the lockscreen

Hi I recently purchased a dell laptop and I was able to set it up and use it normally the first time it booted up. The next day when I was turning it on and was met with the lockscreen I tried using the fingerprint sensor but it said that my pin was required to log in, but there wasn`t anywhere for me to enter my pin, only the log in button, and whenever I click it, it just sends me back to the lockscreen and I am unable to use my laptop entirely. I have tried to restart it in safe mode by holding Shift while clicking the restart button but it justs restarts normally.

Hi all,

reporting a bug with lockscreen - when wake up from sleeping mode it flicks a home screen for a second than it goes to lockscreen. Happends when brightness set to medium on my OMnia 7..

 

How to remove weather widget on lockscreen Lollipop

I have recently updated my Galaxy S4 to lollipop, now I see a weather widget on the lockscreen which never gets updated, I want to get the current temps of the day or otherwise remove it but I can't find a way to do this.

Anyone?

I am talking about the lockscreen not the sleep mode or screen saver. there is no settings to change the time on the lockscreen it is set at 1 minute if your pc is idle for 1 minute the lockscreen will come on and you have to log in your password every
time.
