Windows 10: When I click on Photos, it won't open but shows installed.

Discus and support When I click on Photos, it won't open but shows installed. in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Brand new laptop. Photos shows installed but when I click to open, the cursor remains for a couple seconds and disappears. Won't open....     When I click on Photos, it won't open but shows installed.


    Brand new laptop. Photos shows installed but when I click to open, the cursor remains for a couple seconds and disappears. Won't open.

    Skype Won´t work... games won´t work...

    Making backup and re-format...

    Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

    Windows won`t open an program when using Microsoft user

    Windows won`t open an program when I try to open it with Microsoft account user, but when I login with local account, that program opens. I have tried with 2 Microsoft accounts, 1 admin and 1 normal user, and it won`t open in either one of them. What can cause this?

    Skype won´t wok in 17063

    Ok...

    After update my Windows 10 to 17063.1000 build, skype won´t work...

    It open, but if I Start my conversasion with camera, file share or screen share, it crash...

    If I try to uninstall anda install again, I give an error...

    Any workaround to solve this issue??
