Windows 10: When I click print, using any program Office, internet etc. the program I select to print...

When I click print, using any program Office, internet etc. the program I select to print in freezes. Printer options does not come up for me to select if I want to use a printer or print to PDF. I have tested my printer using my laptop and phone and it is working fine. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

How to uninstall corrupt program (print master)

I have done this many times, when I click uninstall it runs the graff, then asks
do you want to completely uninstall this program. I click yes, I get a box

with a small % sign that does nothing.

In the list of programs, print master is the only program with a small red box

under it.
