    I have a Dell Inspiron 3251 and the wifi button will not stay on, and I can't connect to the Internet to download any updates or drivers

    Dell inspiron 3542


    Inspiron 3542 is Windows 10 compatible. It should not cause any problem after the upgradation.

    I would suggest you to get the drivers before the upgradation. Get the LAN, WiFi, video and touchpad drivers, save them externally and go for the upgrade.
    After the upgradation is complete, apply the drivers.

    Wifi issues on Dell Inspiron laptop post-Windows 10 update

    Hello friend. I also have a DELL Inspiron 15 Laptop. When I upgraded to Windows 10 from W8.1 my laptop kept loosing WiFi conectivity constantly. I resolved this issue by Downloading the Latest Dell WiFi 801.n Driver from dell.com/support page. Also go to
    Windows Update and Download all Updates available today. Those 2 actions Fixed completely my WiFi issues.
