Windows 10: When I copy a folder onto SSD, it stops at 80kB.

I need to copy a few folders from an external USB SSD drive (Samsung T5 2TB) to a new laptop (Win 10 Pro, 2 internal SSD drives (4TB boot and 500GB storage, RAID0). I picked a few sample folders to copy, about 10-20GB each, and all were copied. Then I tried copying a 100GB folder, and it stops copying at about 80k.

If it's relevant, the original files on the USB SSD were created on a Win 7-64 bit PC.

Java.nio.file - Copying files

You can't copy a folder, thats why it generates an exception (you are trying to copy a folder using a copy file function).
You probably need to list all the files inside that folder and copy one by one

 

How to stop sharing folder for windows 10?

Referring to following link, I would like to know on how to stop sharing folder for windows 10.

I cannot find Stop Sharing option on step 5.

Use these steps to stop sharing any folder on Windows 10:

1. Open Start.
   
2. Search for Computer Management and click the top result to open the experience.
   
3. Expand the Shared Folders branch from the left pane.
   
4. Click the Shares item.
   
5. Right-click the folder that you no longer want to share and the Stop Sharing option.
   

Furthermore, ADMIN$ is found to be Remote Admin under computer management.

There is no option to stop it as well.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to stop sharing and remote?
