When I create a new Microsoft account all goes well but then I get message 'Create account' and nothing happens anymore ... can anyone help?

Creating a Microsoft account PIN

If you are unable to create a PIN for your Microsoft account, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:

1.Reset Microsoft Account: Try resetting your Microsoft account password. You can do this using a third-party device such as a cell phone, tablet, etc. by going to the Microsoft Account Recovery page and following the instructions to reset your password. After resetting the password, restart the computer and try creating the PIN again.

2.I would suggest that you can refer to the steps in Start your PC in safe mode in Windows - Microsoft Support to start your computer in safe mode.

Please create a new account in Safe Mode by following the steps below and see if the issue still persists under the new account.

• Search for CMD, then run it in administrator mode and enter the following command:
  

• After prompting the command to run successfully, enter the following command:
  

Note: USERNAME PASSWORD can be replaced with your desired account name and password, if you don't need a password you can leave out PASSWORD.

Restart your computer and log in to the system with the new account, if there is no problem under the new account, then bind your Microsoft account under the new account, if it can be successful, then this may be a malfunction of the account configuration file, please refer to the following article to transfer your information to the new account:Fix a corrupted user profile in Windows - Microsoft Support ((The steps for windows 11 are the same as windows 10, please refer directly to the steps for windows 10)

Cannot create Microsoft Account.

1. Are you trying to create a new Microsoft Account but unable to?

2. Are you trying to convert/change the local account into a Microsoft Account?

3. If you are unable to create a Microsoft Account, can you provide the error message that you are receiving while creating the account?

If you are trying to convert/change your local account into a Microsoft Account, follow the steps below

How to convert a local account to Microsoft Account:

• Press “Windows + I” keys to open settings.
• Select Accounts.
• Tap or click Switch to a Microsoft account and follow the on screen instructions.

  • If the person you're adding doesn't have a Microsoft account, you can use their email address to create one. Enter the email address that person uses most frequently.

  • If the person you're adding is a child, tap or click Add a child's account.
