    When I do the Right click on my folder, the Achieve word is in Spanish instead of English.

    How can I fix it?

    Achievements show in Spanish

    Hi, I just installed Windows 10 and opened the Xbox app. The description for all my achievements is showing up in Spanish, but nothing on my account is configured for Spanish, nor ever has. My Xbox is in English/U.S. as is my PC.

    Can someone please help identify where Spanish is being picked up? As a reference, I've also received emails from the Insider program in Spanish, and OneDrive system folders are created in Spanish, but as I said, Spanish is not configured anywhere in my
    account that I can see.

    I understand your inconvenience. We will assist you to resolve this issue.

    Before we proceed, we require more information to assist you better.

    • Did you make any changes to the computer?
    • Since when you are facing this issue?
    • Does the folders on your hard drive are in Spanish language?

    I would also like to know which region of your Windows is installed on your computer.
    Follow the steps to know the region of the Windows.

    • Type Region in search box.
    • Click on region.
    • Go to location tab.
    • Check if the Home location is set as Spanish.

    I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

    Method 1:

    • Press Windows logo key + X key.
    • Select Control Panel.
    • Click on Language.
    • Click on Advance settings.
    • Click on Restore defaults.
    • Now restart your computer once and check.

    Method 2: Login with Microsoft account.

    If you have another Microsoft account, login using that Microsoft account and check if the issue still persist.

    If you don’t have another Microsoft account, I suggest you to create new Microsoft account and check.

    Note: The steps for Windows 8/8.1 applies to Windows 10 as well.

    Hi Mohammed, thank you for the reply. The forum post you linked to is 3 years old and doesn't apply to me as nothing in my account is set to Spanish, and I only see the achievement in Spanish in the Xbox app not the actual Xbox, so the suggested workaround
    wouldn't work for me.

    What I would really like is to connect with a support engineer for the Microsoft Account. As I mentioned this issue with Spanish is showing up across multiple apps and services all tied up with my MSA. Could you please let me know where the correct place
    for that would be?
