Windows 10: When I download new versions for my drivers, they say I don't meet requirements.

I just got a Dell Optiplex 9020, and tried to play Guilty Gear Strive, which requires a better GPU Radeon 6870 than what I have 5450 so I tried to run it on integrated graphics, since the requirement is an i5 3450 and I have a i7 4790. It gave me this message: "A D3D11-compatible GPU Feature Level 11.0, Shader Model 5.0 is required to run the engine." This was confusing because an i7 should be able to run that. I then found out my driver was out of date so I got intel 15.40.48.5171, which is the latest for what I have. It failed to install, saying I didn't meet requirements. I tried a fe

I have windows 11 my new PC came with it and it keeps telling me that i don't meet the requirement

Welcome : in addition to the answer above. could be the case

that even though the PC is new and came, with Wins 11 installed

the Store that, sold it bypass the requirements nedded

Run the tool and will display a result. That will tell

you. if that computer meets the requirements

Ian, this is why Microsoft kept the option of upgrading to Windows 11 open with a disclaimer.
