Windows 10: When I download photos they are corrupted - especially with HD photos it has "scratch"...

Recently I have encountered that many of the photos download that I do are corrupted and have like "scratch marks" on them to make the downloaded photo un usable. At first it happened in one website and I was angry with them but now I see that every time that I download a "heavy" photo file - it turns out this way.

Do you know how I can fix it?

Multiple Photos

We suggest that you follow the steps below to delete the photo through Photos app:

• If you’re looking at your list of photos in Photos app, select the photos by clicking on checkbox on the photos you want to delete. Click
  Delete icon at the bottom right corner to delete.
• If you open a photo, Tap or press Delete
  key from keyboard.

Downloading photos in Windows 10

Downloading from Panasonic digital camera.

I have followed the steps but "Import/Export photos doesn't appear in the dropdown list. Since this is the first time I am downloading into this computer with Windows 10 it was suggested that I need to load new drivers but I can't seem to find them.
