Windows 10: When i download the mincaft launcher it tells me to get game pass but i have normal...

it just closes the laucher when i try to open it and say i dont have the game pass idk why but it in cant sign in anywhere its in dainish as im ad from denmark, it says do you own this game or this app? confirm that you have a valid supscription to get access to this content. the rest just tells me that i have to download the game tho the microsoft store if i own the game as i do but i already have instale the game and just deleatede the launcher. I can deleat the laucher and downloade it on my main pc and it works fin. is also downloades xbox app if i try instaling the laucher as if they are

XBOX Game Pass Launcher High GPU Usage





I have the Xbox Game Pass launcher open on my laptop, and I found that the launcher itself is using up half of my GPU power. Why is that? What graphically would it need that would cause it to drain that much?

I will say I am currently downloading Indivisible at the same time, but that still shouldn't be affecting the GPU, and my GPU frees up if I close the launcher, even if the launcher is still downloading the game in the background.

Also, GPU usage for the Xbox launcher is sometimes spiking to low 80% for extended periods of time, and the lowest I've seen GPU usage be while the launcher is open, 35%.

I have an Nvidia GTX 1070, and temperatures are fine. I can give additional specs, but I would think they are unnecessary.

I can also take a look at GPU usage after the game is done downloading, as well as what it looks like on my desktop, although my desktop has an Nvidia RTX2070 so that may look less severe.

Update 1: The game finished loading. The launcher is no longer using up half my GPU all the time while open, but instead only when I navigate or interact with it. In my opinion, this is still too much for what it should be pulling, but this
is arguably tolerable.

The interesting thing is that while the game was still downloading, even while the download was paused, the launcher was still taking up half the GPU all the time.
