Windows 10: when I elect delayed update, will a fixed version be added if needed?

I wish to maximize system stability, and I am aware that certain former updates were premature, and stability was sacrificed.

So if I set Windows Update to install 3 weeks after the 2nd Tuesday, what actually happens if a problem with the update is realized after the second Tuesday? Would Microsoft fix the actual update and substitute the fixed update for the original? And then, when +3 weeks rolls around, my machine would download the fixed version?

I selected +3 weeks last month, but this month, without any interaction from me, it has reset it to +1 week. Is that normal? What delay period is the safest for my concerns?

New Version of Spybot Released

Safer Networking has released a new version of Spybot – Search & Destroy (commonly abbreviated simply to Spybot) taking it to version 1.5.
