When I get my Windows 10

Folks ( I really do like coming here ) I have waited a year before I begin my Windows 10 upgrade and I will start off with a new clean computer for it. I am concerned about control, my control of my computer and operating system. Basically too much image enhanced emotivated subliminal image enhanced data consuming explosion of little changing moving pictures while I am looking for the controls for user accessibility of the computer through the Operating system. Will I have control to stop the effects of the eye catching or light generated emitted for my response?

Case in point: On our Windows 10 computer at work, I wanted to use the magnifier function to enhance my clarification. I selected the Windows icon needed to display my computer functions on the bottom of the left hand side of the Windows task bar. I clicked the icon with the pointer and WOO. Too much ! A window box of multiple firing emitting square windows of a chess board of so much coming at me and all I wanted to do is perform a basic function of using the magnifier function to clarify a character as either a 7 or a 1. Folks, I do not think I can take all that being emitted at me as if I were a strange psychological experiment for response to lead me from my basic use of the computer as a tool. When I use or select my Windows Icon on my Windows 7 and Windows XP computers: I get a rising menu for my tasks, not a supermarket tabloid chess board pulsating at me with multiple images, oh yeah by the way; no magnifier.....

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
