Windows 10: When i hold Left-Click, my mouse keeps spam clicking, preventing me to do alot of...

So whenever i use my mouse to drag something, my mouse keeps acting weird, and when i click and hold for a bit it keeps spamming the left click button, i really dont understand why...

I've started to notice that my mouse keeps on clicking when I hold my left mouse button down and I've tried to troubleshoot it but I have not gotten anywhere near the issue. What's wrong?!

 

Mouse's Left-Click Breaks in Fullscreen

Whenever I launch something in full screen, my (wireless Logitech) mouse's left-click gets completely ruined.

I first noticed this when I ran the game "Rocket League", thinking it was specific to that game. Whenever I tried to get a boost in the game (which, by default, is VIA pressing and holding left click), it required constant spamming of the left-click button
before (potentially) working. There's no constant number of clicks for it to work either. Weirdly enough, the menu worked just fine with left-clicks.

This started happening in any and all other applications I ran in full screen too. I've tried using this mouse on other computers and they all worked fine (granted they were not Windows 10-based), and I've tried other mouses on this computer and they've
all had the same problem. :l

Are there any potential fixes to this? Thanks in advance. :]
