Windows 10: When I hold the Caps Lock or Num Lock key my bluetooth audio becomes intermittent

I use a Lenovo laptop: Legion 5-15ARH05H - Type 82B1My Network card is: Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHzThe Windows Edition and Version that I use is: Windows 10 Pro, 21H2The bluetooth headphones that I use are: Sony WH-CH700NBMy problem is:When I hold the Caps Lock or Num Lock key on either of my keyboards bluetooth or internal one the audio playback of the system, doesn't matter the source Chrome, Spotify, games ..., becomes intermittent. The strange thing is that only the bluetooth audio stutters, because if I disconnect my headset I can't hear any stutter from the internal speakers while doi

Caps lock, num lock, scroll lock lights no longer function

I looked but I can't find a Shift Key Radio Button anyplace, nor Advanced Key Settings, when I run a search it just tells me there is no such thing.

I did learn that I can set it so that it plays a tone whenever I push the Cap Lock Key, I never knew that before.

Try this -

To show alerts visually in Windows 10 when using Caps Lock or Num Lock:

Select the Windows icon on the Taskbar.
Select Settings (Gear icon).
Select Ease of Access.
Select Keyboard from the left pane.
Navigate to Use Toggle Key.
Set the Play a sound whenever you press Caps Lock, Num Lock, or Scroll Lock option to On.
Select the Windows icon, Settings, Ease of Access, Audio.
Choose an option from the Show audio alerts visually drop-down.
