Windows 10: when i insert the pendrive i receive an error message as Aut2exe

When i insert pendrives i receive an error message time to time and it detects a Trojan virus from my windows defender security.The error message what i receive is this "Line 0 File"C:\Users\Reshan\AppData\Roaming\HmQTPkDBZ\HKMoWCOau.au3"lease help me to solve this issue, as i unable to insert any pendrive to my laptop and it automatically removes all the data from those pen drives when i insert.

Error copying from USB HDD to pendrive

I have this issue bugging me for some time. Whenever I try to copy anything from an USB HDD directly to a pendrive I got an error. Then I always have to make the copy in two steps: first copy from the USB HDD to an internal HDD or SSD, disconnect the USB drive, insert the pendrive and copy the files to the pendrive. I suspect that the computer doesn't like to copy from USB to USB but I'm not sure. I'd like to know exactly what is this and if there is a fix. Thanks.

I can get to the same page if I click on 'settings' in the list





but I select 'extensions' which is well above 'settings' in the list.
