Windows 10: When I leave my PC physically, the USB's disconnects. Everytime. Why??

I have a mysterious PC issue witch I can't fint any answer to anywhere on the internet. ISSUE: When I leave my PC physically, the USB's disconnects. Everytime. Theres the USB disconnects sound. Theres no webcam on the PC, so I don't know how it knows that I'm leaving. It's happen at the same moment as I raise up and go. How is this possible and how do I solve it?

Win 10 won't boot, if I disconnect secondary drive(s)

1. Download: Macrium Rescue ISO 6.1.1000 and use: Rufus - Create bootable USB to create a USB Boot.
2. Disconnect Disk 1 from your PC
3. Boot up your PC using the USB in step 1
4. Follow the screen shot to fix Windows Boot

I suggest you to Change the USB power management settings and check.

  Open Device Manager.
  
• 
  Double-click the type USB to change power management settings.
  
• 
  Right-click the specific device you want, and then click
  Properties.

  On the Power Management tab, change the power management settings.

Xbox controller on pc disconnects everytime I move it

So, I connected my Xbox one controller to my PC using the wire that came with the elite controller. (I am not using the Elite controller on the PC because it would not work.) I used it to play Flight Simulator X. It has been working for 4 months now, but
just recently I have been having problems. Whenever I move the controller, it disconnects from the computer, but does not disconnect from the USB. So I push it back in, but then it disconnects again. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? (Also,
I would prefer not to buy another controller or wire )
