Windows 10: When I log into my Microsoft account on my Dell Inspiron laptop, it returns to the log in...

I have a Dell Inspiron 14 7000 laptop with Windows 10, when I log in to my Microsoft account the screen turns black for a few seconds and then returns to the home sign in screen instead of going to my desktop. I have tried reinstalling Windows but that did not help.

Just simply log in with your Microsoft Account.
Switch to Microsoft Account in Windows 10

Just go back to using a local account:
Switch to Local Account in Windows 10

Hopefully the tutorials are step by step enough.

 

Help logging in on microsoft account on laptop.

I recently bought microsoft 365 and connected it with my own domain. But I cannot log-in using it to my dell laptop. Whenever I attempt to log-in, it says "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one."

However I can successfuly log-in online (365, teams, outlook, etc..)

I have Dell Inspiron 14 5000 2 in 1 laptop and everyday I log into it by scanning my fingerprint, but yesterday after I tried to scan and kept it for 2-3sec now it is asking for pin only and even after writing the correct pin and password I am not able to log in and it is showing this account has been locked and may not be logged into.Please help me reset the password or to log in as this laptop contains files which I have to study for my upcoming exams
