Windows 10: When I login to OneDrive, it affects the PC personalization settings

Hi there,This is a rather strange issue. I first noticed my laptop at home primary PC had changed personalization settings, with the mouse being larger and inverted colors hover over black, it's white and vice versa. Not only that, my desktop wallpaper had been wiped clean to a stale boring color AND the taskbar had changed. It's like all the Aero settings were switched off not the case, I checked and the mouse also simultaneously affected.WHAT'S MORE strange and frustrating and making me suspect malware is, I travel to many different schools and access OneDrive from these school PCs. Can't add personal account to onedrive!!!

Please follow the steps to contact OneDrive support for further assistance on adding personal account to OneDrive.

1. Login to OneDrive.com.
2. Click the ? Help icon on the top banner of the page.
3. Select Email OneDrive support for the further assistance.

Hi,

We suggest that you follow the steps below to put your settings back to default and see if it helps.

• Right-click your mouse on your desktop.
• Click on Personalize.
• Select Colors.
• Click on High contrast settings.
• From the drop-down menu, select None.
• Click Apply.
• Reboot the PC for the changes to take effect.

OneDrive (Personal account) cannot login

Hello.

Since today my PC's OneDrive (personal account) cannot start the session.

I have no problem with my business account.

To sove the problem I have tried to:

- disable and re-enable OneDrive, but I could only to get the OneDrive's business account operational, On the personal one it was asked to fill in my credentials, and after that the window stayed with the "login in" image forever.

- disconnect the account from OneDrive, and connected it again: filled in my credentials, have chosen to use the same folder location, and the windows stayed with the "Loading" info forever.

I can access my OneDrive folder through web access, but my PC cannot connect the OneDrive service to sync my local files.

Can anyone help me resolving this?
