Windows 10: When I manually press sleep it doesn't fully work.

So normally when you choose sleep option it should turn off the monitors and the computer. Recently it only turns off the monitor but the computer itself is still running rgb lights, fans. I checked to see if I have the hardware option selected where it will wake the computer up by keyboard or mouse and they're on, but it won't wake up. I would have to hold down the power button every time this happens and it only happens about 2-4 times a week. This issue has never happened before. I've tried turning off fast boot, changing power and sleep options and updated my drivers.I'm not sure if it's

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Double Tap to wake doesn`t work at my Lumia 620. I have all on in settings but still doesn`t work. I`m pretty sure that in update AMBER or BLACK this function works properly. But after DENIM update doesn`t. Maybe you are planning some update for this future
?
