Windows 10: When I move a window, pop-up snap option boxes appear above it. I want to turn this off.

This is a Dell Alienware Aurora R12. I have Nvidia GeForce 522.25. These pop-up snap windows apparently have nothing to do with the Windows 11 built-in Multitasking settings, because turning all those off doesn't affect this at all. It just started today out of the blue, and I have no idea what is causing it or how to turn it off, but it is SOOOOO annoying. Please help me turn this off. Thank you!

Snap Assist

The Snap Assist allows you to juggle apps, arrange open windows, resize windows by simply dragging and dropping them to the edges of the screen. If you don't want to get a quarter screen snap, you can change the settings of Snap Assist by follow the steps below:

• Open the Settings app
• Click System.
• Click Multitasking.
• You can turn off some of the option of Snap Assist on this window.

If you want to disable Snap Assist, you can turn off Arrange windows automatically by dragging them to the sides or corners of the screen.

Ok, I got a question. The options to hide the overlay are confusing. What are the steps to turn on the overlay in-game? Not interested in logging much at the moment. Is Alt-R part of turning it on/off?
