Windows 10: When I move or make my window smaller. My background turn white and bug

when Open what window. Chrome, microsoft or a random app, when i make the window smaller. It appear that the background is white. Which i am sure that is not my normal background. I cant click anythingon the background and i could only do Win+D to exit the white screen. I found it only my account have this problem but not others. Can anyone help me to fix it. Thanks.

Windows Mail app background bug

Sorry, not sure what you mean. I was talking about choosing a background through the "Browse" button and then repeating that step again with another background. In that case the Mail app won't apply that 2nd background.

Well, I don't use a tablet.
My PC is listed in specs.
The OP was expressing a dislike of a white explorer background.
Someone else posted it was necessary to edit the registry to make changes.
Still others suggested it is a good idea to use a shell replacement ?
And another thought recompiling the explorer.exe binary using an editor makes sense ?
What ?

Using high contrast, it is easy
and a simple few clicks to make all kinds of changes.

It is also easy and simple to switch from default non colorized theme
to high contrast mode. (one click)
